100D PA Ripstop

Fantastic day pack almost 10/10 but will give it 8/10 as I feel the top lid should be larger to give more coverage 30 mm on each side should have been added. But still a really good day pack and still better that others that are on offer. Sac de jour fantastique presque 10/10 mais je lui donnerai 8/10 car je pense que le couvercle supérieur devrait être plus grand pour donner plus de couverture, 30 mm de chaque côté auraient dû être ajoutés. Mais c'est quand même un très bon pack de jour et encore meilleur que les autres proposés.

I’ve had this pack for a few years now. Consistently skiing about 100 days a year between the northern and southern hemispheres. So durability is there. Bottom line, this pack is great. It feels pretty big for a 26l. Frankly I thought it was bigger when I looked it up to write this. It skis like a dream, like all Deuter packs. It fits everything I need for a day tour as long as I’m not on a glacier. Which is ithe one shortcoming. The brain is not fully detatchable so it is difficult to fit a rope or an extra layer or whatever under when the pack is full. I think making the brain detatchable from both sides so this could be accomplished would make this pack perfect. I would never reach for my larger 40l which I begrudgingly use for overnights and longer days since it doesn’t ski as well. J'ai ce sac depuis quelques années maintenant. Je skie régulièrement environ 100 jours par an entre les hémisphères nord et sud. La durabilité est donc au rendez-vous. En résumé, ce sac est génial. Il semble assez grand pour un 26 l. Franchement, je pensais qu'il était plus grand quand j'ai cherché pour écrire ceci. Il skie comme un rêve, comme tous les sacs Deuter. Il contient tout ce dont j'ai besoin pour une excursion d'une journée tant que je ne suis pas sur un glacier. C'est le seul défaut.
